Recent Rental Testimonials

The space was perfect. We rented it for an anniversary party. We had plenty of tables and chairs to use to accommodate our needs. Paula, the manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating. She had excellent follow through and timely responses to our questions. It is a beautiful setting and has a nice “homey” feel for entertaining. The kitchen worked well for “staging” and keeping things cold.

We highly recommend the space. It was accessible, easy to arrange with Paula, and comfortable for entertaining.

We absolutely loved having our event at the Pullen House. Everyone who attended loved the space and some asked me for information so they could have their own event in the future.

Venue Rental Requests

Interested in renting The Pullen House for your event? The venue features a 600 square foot meeting room, two smaller rooms in the original house, and a large outdoor deck. The main gathering room can accommodate 75 to 80 people, depending on the configuration. View the floor plan.

All venue rentals include:

  • folding chairs and tables
  • catering kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher
  • limited glassware, dishes and flatware are available (at a nominal charge)
